Guarding Coordinator


The Role: 

Successful candidates will act as the main point of contact for any guarding assignments that are passed over by the SVS team, reacting promptly and effectively to allocate a guarding company. They will also provide updates & reports, ensuring that exceptional customer service is experienced by our clients.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Raising and allocating of guarding assignments
  • Negotiation with suppliers to obtain reliable services at preferential rates
  • Reconciliation of Operational Delivery with Client Invoices
  • Reconciliation of Contractor Payments with services provided
  • Handling of day-to-day Contractor and Client invoice and pricing queries
  • Prepare client reports
  • Managing a shared inbox, handling all communications with clients and colleagues in a
    professional manner
  • Dealing with complaints in accordance with agreed escalation process

Job Requirements / Experience and or Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and effectively prioritise workload
  • Be computer literate with experience using MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Be hardworking, flexible and able to use own initiative
