The Role:
Successful candidates will act as the main point of contact for any guarding assignments that are passed over by the SVS team, reacting promptly and effectively to allocate a guarding company. They will also provide updates & reports, ensuring that exceptional customer service is experienced by our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising and allocating of guarding assignments
- Negotiation with suppliers to obtain reliable services at preferential rates
- Reconciliation of Operational Delivery with Client Invoices
- Reconciliation of Contractor Payments with services provided
- Handling of day-to-day Contractor and Client invoice and pricing queries
- Prepare client reports
- Managing a shared inbox, handling all communications with clients and colleagues in a
professional manner - Dealing with complaints in accordance with agreed escalation process
Job Requirements / Experience and or Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Able to multitask and effectively prioritise workload
- Be computer literate with experience using MS Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Be hardworking, flexible and able to use own initiative
