Veritas is a UK Limited Company which has been trading for 15 years. Established and grown through the last major recession, it has grown into a market leader in Void Property Security and Reactive and Planned Maintenance Services on a national scale. Veritas operates an all-hour’s facility 24/7 365 days a year handling Vacant Property Security, Planned Property Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance throughout the night and at weekends. Work is generated by a prestigious and loyal client base focusing on the Property Management, Receivership/Insolvency Practitioner, Administrator and Development sectors.
The Role:
- Working for one of the most established vacant property management companies in the UK.
- Selling a range of services related to vacant property management including security, clearance, maintenance, and evictions.
- You will be selling vacant property solutions across residential and commercial sectors, building relationships and rapport with decision makers, and enhancing our brand presence.
- Opening, developing, and managing accounts with property agents, LPA Receivers, private and corporate property and portfolio owners.
- You will play an integral role in the company’s growth by developing new business opportunities.
- You will have a great attitude to new business generation, a passion for meeting prospective clients to understand their needs and a professional approach to selling.
- Candidates should ideally have an existing network to call upon within the industry and must be prepared to travel extensively to meet and secure contracts.
What are we looking for?
- Proven B2B field sales experience within vacant property management. Ideally a candidate who has an existing client base in this field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with different audiences
- An outside the box, pro-active approach to self-generate new business through activity, referrals, and networks
- The ability to accurately build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline, achieving quarterly sales targets
Experience and or Qualifications
- Act with integrity as a commercial ambassador selling Veritas quality products.
- Project a professional image of self and company in line with Veritas clear ethos and hard-earned reputation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Diligent, flexible, adaptable, and able to use own initiative.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Experience of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
- Experience in the Vacant Property Industry or Corporate Property Sector desirable
- Technical knowledge of small building works desirable
- Understand physical installations and requirements
- To ensure that all internal/external correspondence and system updates are accurate, clear, concise, and appropriate for the intended audience.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs whilst maintain a sharp attention to detail.
- Full UK Driving License required
